Meet & Greets: - these are important as they give everyone a chance to get to know each other and find out if the Hotel is going to be suitable. There is, of course, no charge for meeting us! In fact you get a cuppa if you want one. The slots for the Meet & Greets are bookable Tuesday to Saturday and are held at 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm, 1.00pm or 2.00pm. They usually take about half an hour - it takes the dogs about 10 to 15 minutes to calm down and work it out, but sometimes the hoomans take a bit longer - especially the nervous ones. Only once a meet and greet has been done can you make your holiday and/or day care bookings, subject to availability naturally. A completed registration form does need to be submitted, for insurance purposes, before a guest can come to stay. This can either be done at the Meet & Greet or you can take it away with you if you want to think about it. You may also have a copy of our terms and conditions to keep if you request it. Please bring your dog's vaccination records and details of worming,flea treatments etc with you.
Day Care: - Day care is available to dogs who would like to come and get used to the Hotel or who’s Hoomans are going out for the day. This costs £20 for the first try out day. Drop off is from 10am and collection is at an agreed time up until 5.00pm. Single days from then on are £25 drop off agreed time from 7.30am and collection by 5pm latest. Please note that the length of your stay between 7.30am and 5.00pm during your day at the Hotel is entirely up to you, as we do not charge by the hour but for the responsibility of looking after you and taking you out. Unfortunately we cannot offer day care on a regular basis only ad hoc according to availability as we have limited places and cater more for holidays.
Sleep Overs: - Some Pupsters, especially those of a sensitive nature, like to come for a sleep over to try out the facilities in advance of a longer stay. This way they get to know the Hotel before they come for a long holiday. We now do a “Sleep Over” package which costs £50 per guest. Drop off is at an agreed time from 7.30am and collection is between 10.00am and 12.30pm the following day. If you need to collect after 12.30pm the cost is £60. Please bring with your own food!

If you don’t get through straightaway please leave a message on the ansaphone and we will come back to you as soon as we can. Once a booking is made then we do ask a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations as places here are limited. Please note that failure to do this may incur a cancellation fee to cover our losses, as we may have had to refuse another customer who had asked for the same time.
